Spinach salad from Dalmatia

The raw materials used formula:

600 g fresh salad | 1 pestle garlic | 2 lemon | 1 cup oil | 1 teaspoon salt
The process of preparing the recipe:

Well-washed baby spinach drain and season with salt and sprinkle with chopped garlic. Juice of two lemons mixed with oil and pour the spinach. We’ll rest for a few hours to cool and serve with roasted meats.

Dalmatian polpette

The raw materials used

tomato juice, salt, beef front, coarse flour, Volume parsley, ground pepper,
100 g fat, 700 g beef front, 1 piece of onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1-2p eggs

Semel meat and add to it chopped onion, garlic, egg and parsley. Before mixing the mixture with salt and pepper. Only then mix everything thoroughly. Create balls (polpette) and each coat in flour.

Heat the lard in a pan and fry the polpette from all sides. When they are nicely browned, pour the tomato juice and simmer with the lid on for about half an hour on low heat. Ready polpette we can serve with pasta or baked potatoes.
